Contracting with Rod Felzien for legal services for LHA Frank said that Rod has been the LHA contract attorney for many years. He has done everything from MOU construction to eviction processing. We now contract the eviction processing cases out. Rod annually reviews and certifies audit letters for LHA. He was involved in a lot of the original transactions around Louisville. He has a strong understanding of the LHA history and has done real estate contracts. Jeremy will provide Rod's resume for the group. Heather said that Louisville and the Housing Authority both have attorneys to look out for their best interests. It makes sense to bring in someone like the Clark team. The County will take the lead on putting these documents together. She will ask him to come to the April 24th meeting. Louisville Housing Authority (LHA) Resolution 2012 -04: A Resolution Appointing Directors of the Louisville Housing Corporation Frank presented the Resolution to appoint directors of the Louisville Housing Corporation. The LHC is involved in the tax credit partnership and has certain duties that have to be completed as we evolve into the next state, We would appoint Steve Underhill, Ernie Villany, and Terri Abbott, as the Chair, to sit on the LHC to complete the tasks required as we exit the tax credit partnership. There will be legal work from Paul Smith, the outside attorney, who is constructing the exit process.
