Cityof <br /> Louisville <br /> COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br /> City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> April 17, 2012 <br /> City Hall, Council Chambers <br /> 749 Main Street <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Call to Order— Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: • <br /> City Council: Mayor Robed Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton. <br /> City Council members: Jay Keany, Susan Loo, Ron <br /> Sackett, Frost Yarnell and Emily Jasiak <br /> Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br /> Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br /> Troy Russ, Planning Director <br /> Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br /> Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br /> Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> All rose for the pledge of allegiance to the flag. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda. City Manager Fleming requested <br /> Agenda Item 8B — Resolution No. 28, Series 2012 —A Preservation and Restoration <br /> Grant for Jacoe-Conarroe House, be continued to the June 5, 2012 meeting. This would <br /> allow time to reveiw this matter with the Historic Preservation Commission and to <br /> discuss options with the applicant. Mayor Muckle moved to approve the agenda, as <br /> amended, seconded by Councilor Dalton. All were in favor. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO, continued the filibuster he began in <br /> April of 2010.
