Case No. 11-026-FP <br />Applicant, Owner: CTC Prairie, LLC (Neil Littman, co-manager) <br />Representative: PEH Architects, Peter Heinz <br />Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Public Notice Certification: <br />Published in the Camera on August 21, 2011. Posted in City Hall, the Library, the <br />Recreation Center,the Police and Court Building and mailedto surrounding <br />property owners on August 19, 2011. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />McCartney reviewed the following informationforthe case: <br />A resolution recommending approval of a three (3) year extension of the <br />expiration date ofa final PUD plan for Lots 1 & 2, Block 6, Business <br />Center at CTC (1772 Prairie Way) from October 4, 2011 to October 4, <br />2014. <br />The proposed light industrial/flex office building is approved for 98,600 SF. <br />The lot has 26% landscape coverage. <br />The parking ratio is 2.87 / 1,000; as well as 16 bike parking spaces. <br />The applicant is proposing no changes to the plan and there have not <br />been anyupdates to the IDDSG. <br />Commission Questions of Staff: <br />None heard. <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />WendellPickett thanked staff for the presentation. He stated the reason for the <br />requested date extension is because of the economic down turn and they hope <br />to see an improvement within the next few years. <br />Commission questions of Applicant: <br />None heard. <br />Public Comment: <br />None heard. <br />Summary Comments and Request from Staff and/or Applicant: <br />No additional comments or requests were given by either staff or the applicant. <br />Closed Public Hearing–Planning Commission Discussion: <br />All of the commissioners stated their support for the date extension. <br /> <br />
