Posted in City Hall, the Library, the <br />Recreation Center,the Police and Court Building and mailedto surrounding property <br />owners on October 28,2011. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />None heard. <br />StaffReport of Facts and Issues: <br />McCartneyprovided the staff summary using a power point presentation with the <br />following information: <br />The Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) requires all CMRS facilities to be <br />reviewed in all zone districts by special review use (SRU). <br />The site requires the SRU request to be reviewed in a public meeting. <br />The request extends over the allowed building heightallowance on the PUD. <br />The proposed antennas are 3.5’ taller than the existing. <br />All supporting mechanical equipment is located in the basement of the <br />building. <br />The subject property received an SRU approval for a similar CMRS facility in <br />2009. <br />McCartney reviewed the CMRS Design Standards and confirmed all standards had <br />been met. <br />McCartney concluded the staff report with photos of the site to illustrate the location <br />and height of the proposed antennas. <br />Staff recommends approval with one condition: The SRUis granted to the applicant <br />only. <br />Commission Questions of Staff: <br />None heard. <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Pete McNally, representing AT&T Mobility, thanked staff for all the assistance <br />provided during this process.
