T <br />�c 42 flatcway <br />SWOT Analysis <br />Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis is <br />a workshop tool commonly used to identify factors that are supportive <br />or unfavorable to achieving a specific objective. The process was <br />utilized by the 42 Gateway project agencies to: (1) define parameters <br />for problem - solving strategies that fit within an organization's concerns <br />and (2) identify areas of convergent and divergent opinions between the <br />participating agencies. The SWOT process used for the project engaged <br />each participating agency, including the City of Louisville (City), Louisville <br />Revitalization Commission (LRC), Boulder County, City of Lafayette, local <br />property owners, Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), and <br />the Regional Transportation District (RTD).
