Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 23, 2012 <br />Page 11 of 12 <br />Brauneis stated the project has the perception of being under parked. He asked how <br />they anticipate operating or managing the parking structure. <br />Loftus stated there will a simple key gate access. <br />Pritchard asked if the spaces would be assigned. <br />Loftus stated that has not been determined. <br />Brauneis asked if it is possible to make the parking all three (3) stories. <br />Loftus stated it would be possible but not economical. The cost of the parking <br />structure demands the density. <br />Lipton stated the Commission is past their normal adjournment time. He recommends <br />th <br />asking the applicant if they are available for a continuance to the March 8 meeting. <br />He stated a continuance would then allow the Commissioners: to ask any last <br />questions; close the public hearing; commission comments and discussion and then <br />provide staff and applicant a recommendation. <br />stth <br />Pritchard asked if this would be the 1 agenda item on the 8. <br />Lipton stated we could discuss the order of the agenda with staff. <br />th <br />O’Connell stated she would not be able to attend the March 8 meeting. <br />th <br />Pritchard asked if other commissioners would not be available for the March 8 <br />meeting. All others indicated they would be able to attend. <br />Lipton stated there were some housekeeping items to take care of. Lipton moved and <br />Pritchard seconded a motion to enter into public record the various items submitted <br />during public comment. Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />Lipton moved and Tengler seconded a motion to continue the discussion to the <br />March 8, 2012 Planning Commission meeting. <br />Russell asked if the Commissioners could work on the discussion for another 30 <br />minutes in order to complete the review process. After a discussion, Lipton called for <br />a vote on the motion to continue the hearing to the March 8, 2012 meeting. <br />Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />Planning Commission Comments: <br />None heard. <br />Staff Comments: <br />Staff had no additional comments. <br />The following items are scheduled for March 8, 2012. <br />tentatively <br />Parbois Place Subdivision – Amendment – Whittier – The application is <br />for two requests: <br />i. A minor subdivision to create two (2) lots of record where there is <br />currently one (1) lot at 533 County Road. Lot 7 will be 8,496 SF <br />and Lot will be 6,126 SF. <br />
