Posted in City Hall, <br />Public Library, Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Building and mailed to <br />surrounding property owners on Friday, February 17, 2012. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure: <br />None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues: <br />Russ provided the following information: <br />nd <br />This is 2request by ConocoPhillips for a date extension. <br />This extension would extend the expiration date to 2013. <br />The request can only be made for one (1) year but numerous requests can be <br />madeeach year following the original approval. <br />Commission Questions of Staff: <br />Moline asked how many times they canrenew. <br />Russ stated there is no limit as the number times they can renew.
