Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 9, 2012 <br />Page 14 of 14 <br />Lipton thanked the Commissioners for a good job tonight. <br />Russell thanked Lipton for his great leadership during the meeting. <br />Pritchard reminded the Commissioners of the Savor the Favor this weekend with the <br />local restaurants. <br />Lipton requested the Commissioners keep all of the Safeway documents for the next <br />meeting. <br />Russell stated the next meeting should start with public comment from those not able <br />to speak tonight. <br />Staff Comments <br />Most Recent Board and Commission Agendas – FYI only <br />Russ explained the inclusion of the other board and commission agendas. <br />The following items are scheduled for March 8, 2012. <br />tentatively <br />Parbois Place Subdivision – Amendment – Whittier – The application is <br />for two requests: <br />i. A minor subdivision to create two (2) lots of record where there is <br />currently one (1) lot at 533 County Road. Lot 7 will be 8,496 SF <br />and Lot will be 6,126 SF. <br />ii. An amendment to the previously approved (2009) Parbois Place <br />Subdivision and PUD to add two (2) lots, Lots 7 and 8. The <br />inclusion of the two lots would permit Lot 8 to benefit from the <br />PUD variations of a standard setback. <br />Case No. 11-009-FS/FP. <br /> Applicant and owner: Carmel Whittier <br /> Representative: Richard Lopez <br /> Case Manager: Gavin McMillan, Planner III <br />Building Separation – Louisville Municipal Code Amendment, Sections <br />17.16.030 and 17.16.130. <br /> Case Manager, Scott Robinson, Planner I <br />ConocoPhillips preliminary plat and preliminary PUD one (1) year date <br />extension. <br /> Case Manager, Troy Russ, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />Russ reviewed the March agenda. Lipton asked if the building separation agenda <br />could be moved to another date. <br />Adjourn <br />Lipton moved and Russell seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Lipton <br />adjourned the meeting at 10:30 pm. <br /> <br />
