.` Cityof <br /> Louisville <br /> COLORADO•SINCE 1878 <br /> City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> May 1, 2012 <br /> City Hall, Council Chambers <br /> 749 Main Street <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Call to Order— Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> City Council: Mayor Robert Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton. <br /> City Council members: Jay Keany, Susan Loo, Ron <br /> Sackett, Frost Yarnell and Emily Jasiak <br /> Staff Present Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br /> Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br /> Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br /> Troy Russ, Planning Director <br /> Scott Robinson, Planner I <br /> Aaron DeJong, Economic Development Director <br /> Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br /> Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> All rose for the pledge of allegiance to the flag. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br /> the agenda, seconded by Councilor Keany. All were in favor. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy Avenue, Louisville, CO, continued the filibuster he began <br /> April 6, 2010, relative to his perception the City has failed to represent the interest of <br /> Louisville residents on cable television matters and the long-time collusion between the <br /> City of Louisville, Comcast Cable Television and the Greater Metro Telecommunications <br /> Consortium to promote the interest of Comcast Cable Television and not the <br /> City of Louisville <br /> City Council 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027 <br /> 303.335.4533(phone) 303.335.4550 (fax) www.louisvilleco.gov <br />
