<br />RESOLUTION NO. 48 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AND PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />JOHNSON MEADOWS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Kreutzman Construction <br />a Final Subdivision Plat and PUD Development Plan for Johnson Meadows; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat PUD Development Plan <br />have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance <br />with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS,after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council <br />approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat PUD Development <br />Plan should be approved, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. That the applicant pay a park dedication fee of $27,450 (15 percent of appraised <br />market value),' <br /> <br />2. The minimum caliper of street trees shall be 2" inches. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final Subdivision Plat and PUD Development Plan <br />for Johnson Meadows.
