Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 13, 2012 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />Call to Order – Chairperson Peter Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM. <br />Roll Call: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Peter Stewart, Mike Koertje,Jessica Fasick, Heather Lewis, and Aquiles <br />La Grave <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Steve Poppitz and Florian Speier (excused) <br />City Representatives: <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Troy Russ, Planning Director <br />Scott Robinson, Planner I <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Koertje made a motion to approve the agenda as presented, adding on a <br />commemoration for Melanie Muckle. Fasick seconded the motion. Motion approved by <br />voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Stewart asked if there were any modificationsto the February 13, 2012 meeting <br />minutes.None were heard.Lewismade a motion to approve and La Graveseconded. <br />Motion was approved by voice vote. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Jena Morgan spoke to the commission regarding Ms. Downer’s cabins on Spruce and <br />Lee over in the Miners Field neighborhood. She stated she is worried the cabins will be <br />removed before anything can be done with them.
