Intergovernmental Agreement <br />City of Louisville <br />Boulder Valley School District <br />EXHIBIT D <br />USES APPROVED FOR DEVELOPMENT PARCELS <br />1. Professional, business and administrative offices; <br />2. Cultural facilities, such as museums, theaters, art <br />galleries and churches; <br />3. Pedestrian piazzas and pedestrian ways, including such <br />amenities as outdoor art exhibit facilities, statuary, <br />fountains and landscaping features; <br />4. Recreational facilities, both indoors and outdoors, <br />such as tennis courts, ice skating and roller skating <br />rinks which may be designed as integral parts of a <br />center, but excluding any indoor amusement facility; <br />5. Hospitals and medical clinics; <br />6. Animal hospitals and clinics; <br />7. Nursing and rest homes; <br />8. Small and large child care centers; <br />9. Financial offices, including banks and savings and <br />loans; <br />10. Accessory structures and uses necessary and customarily <br />incidental to the uses listed in this section; <br />11. Governmental and public facilities; <br />12. Research/office and corporate uses, except facilities <br />for the manufacturing, fabrication, processing, or <br />assembly of scientific or technical products, or other <br />products. Such uses shall be completely enclosed and <br />any noise, smoke, dust, odor, or other environmental <br />contamination produced by such uses shall be confined <br />to the lot upon which such uses are located and shall <br />be controlled in accordance with all applicable city, <br />state, or federal regulations; <br />13.
