Served on several Rulemaking Committee <br />workgroups which did much of the actual drafting of the regulatory <br />requirements. Served in the same capacity during the Negotiated <br />Rulemaking for Formula Revisions in 2003-2004 and for incorporation of <br />statutory amendments in 2010. Assisted several tribes in reorga <br />their housing programs and establishing tribally designated housing <br />entities (TDHEs). <br /> <br />The firm, primarily through Mr. Heisterkamp, has served as past <br />the Indian Housing Law Quarterly, and was a frequent contributor of <br />articles to the publication.
