Next steps will include review of the IGA by legal counsel for BCHA, LHA, and City of Louisville, <br />followed by approval of the IGA by the elected and appointed officials for the three entities. Proposed <br />timeline is approval by the LHA Board on June 26, 2012, approval by BCHA the following week, and <br />approval by Louisville City Council on July 17, 2012. <br />Selection of Legal Services for LHA <br />At the April Board meeting, Board members met Rod Felzien, who has previously represented LHA. Board <br />members agreed that it would be appropriate for a small committee to interview a few firms prior to the May <br />Public Housing Disposition Application <br />One of the longer lead time items anticipated as part of the IGA is the HUD disposition process to transfer <br />in preparing an application, with the understanding that it would not be finalized prior to all three entities <br />approval of the IGA. <br />Updates <br />Property Management update <br />Victoria Collins was hired on May 14, 2012 to be the new Property Manager managing the entire Louisville <br />portfolio. Victoria comes to us with over 10 years of Property Management experience, including <br />experience with HUD Multi-Family properties like Regal Square, senior properties like Lydia Morgan and <br />Regal Square, and affordable housing like Lilac Place, Acme Place and Regal 2. We are excited and <br />fortunate to have her! <br />l as the rest of Boulder County. Even the <br />few vacancies coming up at Lydia Morgan (2 units as of 5/31/2012) and Regal 2 (1 unit as of 5/31/2012) <br />already have lots of interest from potential tenants. <br />Encroachment at Acme Place <br />We have received and reviewed the new survey. <br />neighboring landowners. In fact, the Acme building roof overhang is <br />property.
