<br />RESOLUTION NO. 34 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK, LOT 2, BLOCK 3 <br />MICRO HOUSE INTERNATIONAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Micro House <br />International, a Final PUD Development Plan of Centennial Valley Business Park, Lot 2, Block <br />3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />in conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said PUD Development <br />Plan the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions of <br />approval; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a PUD Development Plan should be approved <br />subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The height of pole-mounted light fixtures, (Type 'C'), be limited to 30' maximum <br />height. Types 'A' and 'B' will remain at 16' and 25' respectively, and a <br />photomectic study of the site be submitted to insure compliance with the Centennial <br />Valley Business Park Design Guidelines (CVBPDG); <br /> <br />2. A note added to the PUD acknowledging that the City has the right, if necessary, <br />to require up to an additional three-foot utility easement in addition to the existing <br />five-foot easement along the eastern property line; <br /> <br />3. The landscape plan shall be revised to indicate appropriate screening at the <br />southeast corner of the future parking area from Century Drive,' <br /> <br />4. Afinal drainage report shall be submittedfor review and approval by Public Works <br />prior to City Council hearing the Final PUD Development Plan; <br /> <br />5. Additional evergreen shrubs should be added to the easternmost access off Century <br />Drive to the extent that they do not interfere with vision clearance; <br /> <br />6. The applicant and Staff are to agree on a sign package consistent with the plans <br />submitted by the applicant and that the sign package be consistent with the <br />CVBPDG prior to issuance of any sign permits; <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall be permitted to plant Kentucky Blue Grass. <br />
