<br />RESOLUTION NO. 31 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY , FAMILY HOUSING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, by the Louisville <br />Housing Authority a Final PUD Development Plan for the East Street Family Housing Project; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been <br />reviewed in conjunction with the Louisville wning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related <br />policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the deferred parking area be constructed by the applicant if determined <br />necessary by City Staff; <br /> <br />2. That aluminum siding be used only as an accent material and not be used in <br />ground level areas where it may be subject to denting; <br /> <br />3. That the perimeter fence be compatible with the overall project architecture; <br /> <br />4. Screening material for the outdoor patio areas to be worked out between the <br />Planning Division and the Louisville Housing Authority; <br /> <br />5. That the applicant either provide three handicap accessible units, or apply for an <br />exception to that policy from the Chief Building Official and clearly demonstrate <br />that a lesser number of accessible units is needed; <br /> <br />6. Afenced and gated area shall be provided in the northwest comer of the property. <br />
