CITY OF LOUISVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 25 SERIES 1996 A Resolution amending the 1996 bUdget by increasing revenues and appropriations in the General, Combined Capital, Conservation Trust-Lottery, and Sewer Utility Funds for the City of Louisville, Colorado WHEREAs, at the end of 1995 certain encumbrances remained open, to be expended in 1996, and; WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional SUms of money in the General, Combined Capital, Conservation Trust-Lottery, and Sewer Utility Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted, and; WHEREAS, the City has reo,ived unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of the budget from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the General, Combined Capital Conservation Trust-Lottery, and Sewer Utility Funds and; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YEO BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; Section 1. That the 1996 General Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $7,870,852 to $7,882,323 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. That the 1996 Combined Capital Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $1,582,413 to $1,662,235 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereo and incorporated herein. That the 1996 Conservation Trust-Lottery Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $97,500 to $121,006 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein. ADOPTED this 2nd day of April. Section 4. That the 1996 Sewer Utility Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $2,361,947 to $2,364,482 as provided inAppendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
