All buildings or building wall counting toward minimum 70% <br />must contain a permitted principal use on the ground floor to a <br />minimum building depth of 20 feet, which interior space may <br />include common hallways or lobbies but shall not include parking <br />spaces or space occupied solely by mechanical equipment. <br />2. For properties and lots with more than one street -facing <br />property line, the minimum percentage shall be calculated by <br />dividing the total amount of building wall sited on all street -facing <br />property lines by the total (cumulative) amount of street frontage. <br />See Figure 6. <br />3. Applicants are encouraged to place building wall at or close to <br />street intersections (i.e., at corners). <br />4.
