Watson moved and Brassem seconded a motion to approve the public notice location requirement as follows: City Hall, Library, Recreation Center, Police and Court Building and the City Web Site. Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. 633 Jefferson Ave, Building Separation, A variance request to allow a 7’10” building separation where a 10’ building separation is required by the Louisville Municipal Code Section 17.16.030(C). He also stated for the requested variance to be approved a vote of four (4) of the five (5) affirmative would be required. He asked the applicant if he was ready to proceed with the hearing. The applicant indicated he was ready to proceed with the hearing. Public Notice Verification: Jasiak requested public notice verification. Staff verified the public notice was published in the Camera on April 29, 2012; posted in City Hall, the Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Building on April 27, 2012; mailed to surrounding property owners within 500 feet of the subject property on April 27, 2012; the property was posted with the required signage. Development review fees were paid. Stuart moved and Brassem seconded to accept the Public Notice Verification information as presented by staff. Motion passed by voice vote. Board Member Verification of site visits, ex parte contacts and conflicts of interest: Jasiak requested Board Member Verification of site visits, ex parte contacts and conflicts of interest. Jasiak, Stuart, Brassem, Ewy, and Watson reported they had done a site visit, had no ex parte contacts and no conflicts of interest.
