Motion passed by unanimous voice vote. <br />Public Notice Posting Locations <br />Robinson briefly discussed the public notice requirements. <br />Watson moved and Brassem seconded a motion to approve the public notice location <br />requirement as follows: City Hall, Library, Recreation Center, Police and Court Building <br />and the City Web Site. He also stated for the <br />requested variance to be approved a vote of four (4) of the five (5) affirmative would be <br />required. He asked the applicant if he was ready to proceed with the hearing. <br />The applicant indicated he was ready to proceed with the hearing. <br />Public Notice Verification: <br />Jasiak requested public notice verification. <br />Staff verified the public notice was published in the Camera on April 29, 2012; posted in <br />City Hall, the Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police Building <br />on April 27, 2012; mailed to surrounding property owners within 500 feet of the subject <br />property on April 27, 2012; the property was posted with the required signage. <br />Development review fees were paid. <br />Stuart moved and Brassem seconded to accept the Public Notice Verification <br />information as presented by staff. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />Board Member Verification of site visits, ex parte contacts and conflicts of interest: <br />Jasiak requested Board Member Verification of site visits, ex parte contacts and <br />conflicts of interest. <br />Jasiak, Stuart, Brassem, Ewy, and Watson reported they had done a site visit, had no <br />ex parte contacts and no conflicts of interest. <br />Staff Presentation of Facts and Issues: <br />Robinson summarized the request with the following points: <br />
