Section 3. In Section 17.14.050.A, Table 1 of the Louisville Municipal Code, the following row of said Table is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be added are underlined): Sec. 17.14.050. Permitted uses and district specific regulations !PRINCIPAL USES CC MU- R Retail convenience goods (supermarkets, hardware, drugstores, etc.) Includes the Yes No processing and wholesaling to retailers of food products as an accessory use and limited wholesale sales as an accessory use Drive through permitted per CDDSG Section 2.1.2 Section 4. Section 17.40.105.A of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection 8 to read as follows: Sec. 17.40.105. Administrative special review use procedure A. A special review use application meeting all of the following criteria may be approved through an administrative review process: 8. That the proposed use does not include limited wholesale sales as defined in section 17.08.262 of this title. Section 5. Section 17.72.090.B of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection 20 to read as follows: Sec. 17.72.090. Commercial and office B. Uses permitted. The following commercial and noncommercial uses may be permitted within any planning area designated 'commercial" on the adopted planned community development general plan: 20. Limited wholesale sales as defined in section 17.08.262 of this title are allowed as a special review use. Section 6. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact that any one part be declared invalid.
