Business Retention & Development Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 5, 2012 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Councilor Dalton inquired as to how much tax increment there will be from urban renewal and could the <br />funds go towards the underpass. <br />2012 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE <br />Planning staff gave update on the Comp Plan Update. The last update of the Comp Plan was in 2009. <br />Staff will be visiting with all boards and commissions to get input on what should be the Core Values of <br />the Comp Plan. Planning staff conducted an exercise with the BRAD membership and asked for each <br />member to write down 3 core values that explain what Louisville means to them. The responses were <br />compiled and grouped together and some discussion took place.
