<br />RESOLUTION NO.1 <br />SERIES 1996 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />BACHLIB n <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Bryan Alu and <br />Charles Hurth a Final PUD Development Plan for the Colorado Tech Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Bachlib <br />II should be approved, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The property owner shall record a covenant and agreement to hold property as <br />one parcel to combine Parcel A and Lot 1, Block 8 into one lot for zoning, building <br />and drainage purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan for Bachlib II.
