<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1206 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY <br />AND AMENDING, REPEALING AND REENACTING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTER <br />15 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has adopted by reference the Uniform Fire <br />Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the Uniform Fire Code, <br />and recommends amendments thereof tailored to accommodate <br />particular circumstances and requirements of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amendments thereof have been submitted to the <br />City Council and the City Council has determined that the <br />amendments thereof should be adopted as set forth herein. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 15.12.020 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new subsection D to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />15.12.020 Amendments to Uniform Fire Code. <br /> <br />D. Section 902.2.2.3 of the Uniform Fire Code is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 902.2.2.3 Turning Radius. <br />allowable turning radius shall be: <br /> <br />The minimum <br /> <br />902.2.2.3.1 No less than forty five feet of <br />unobstructed outside turning radius in a cul-de-sac or <br />dead end street over one hundred fifty feet in length; <br /> <br />902.2.2.3.2 No less than forty two feet of <br />unobstructed inside turning radius for any turn of ninety <br />degrees or more; <br /> <br />902.2.2.3.3 No less than forty two feet of <br />unobstructed inside turning radius for any other street <br />configuration as may be approved by the City. <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 15.12.050 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1 <br />
