Bailey, Administrative Technician; Richard Sosa, Housing Finance Director; Ben <br />Doyle, Boulder County Assistant County Attorney <br />Others: Liz Black, Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager, City of Louisville; Jay Keany, Councilman <br />City of Louisville, Imadail Pearson, Resident of Lydia Morgan, Aaron DeJong, Economic Development <br />Director <br />Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. <br />Approval of the Agenda <br />Kelly motioned to approve the agenda, Walt seconded. Agenda approved. <br />Approval of the April 24 2012 Minutes <br />Walt motioned to approve the April 24, 2012 minutes, Kelly seconded.
