Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />DATE <br />Page 2of2 <br />Public Comments–None. <br />Reports of the Commission–Mayor Muckle reportedhe and Aaron met with <br />representatives of the State regarding the status of the ConocoPhillips project, <br />and were told the Governor would contact ConocoPhillips to find out where <br />things currently stand. <br />Business Matters of the Commission–Sam Light went through a Power Point <br />presentation concerning the urban renewal authority structure, history of the <br />LRC, the basics of urban renewal law, the LRC—City Cooperation Agreement <br />and the LRC—City—County Tri-Party Agreement. A hard copy of the <br />presentation was passed out. Malcolm provided an overview of the Cooperation <br />Agreement. <br />Commissioners’ Comments–Karl said he and Aaron will work on next week’s <br />agenda in order to continue the dialogue during next Monday’s regular meeting <br />and the special session in two weeks. Mike Menaker suggested LRC receive <br />input from business owners in the area affected by the work of the LRC during <br />the next meeting. <br />Adjourn–Meeting adjourned at 8:34PM. <br />
