<br />Item VI- Staff Update – Divots and Dining Update - Lisa Norgard – <br />Lisa Norgard reported that the first Divots and Dining evening was a success and <br />that there are three more planned for the year. She will organize the volunteers <br />th <br />for this event. The next event is planned for July 20, 2012. <br />Item VII – Staff Update - <br /> Joe Stevens reported that the tree removal is on schedule and that they <br />had found on hole #10 a family of raccoons living in the tree and the tree <br />company left the stump for the family of raccoons to live. Joe Stevens is <br />revisiting with Kevin Norby regarding the balance of the trees. <br /> Joe also stated that a permanent solution to the pump station is in <br />progress. The pump station currently has a combination of problems. <br /> A request for 300 sprinkler heads is on the council docket for approval for <br />the next council meeting. <br />nd <br /> Joe stated that he is waiting for a 2 proposal to address the ADA issues <br />for the bathrooms at Coal Creek. Money has been carried forward to <br />resolve some of the clubhouse ADA issues. The only exception of ADA <br />requirements that Coal Creek does not meet is getting to the #1 Tee box. <br />While some modification of the counter heights at the Pro Shop and Deli <br />may be needed. <br /> August is the target date to review plans for the Clubhouse. <br /> Joe Stevens also reported that Phase1 numbers are coming in under <br />budget with the exception of the pump house. <br /> Coal Creek will be reducing its water consumption by 10 percent and will <br />modify the irrigation process to achieve this. <br />Item VIII – WGP update- <br /> Eric Jensen reported that the front landscaping will be done soon and the <br />new outdoor carpet for the patio will be installed in the next couple of <br />days. <br /> Eric also stated his concerns with the extreme heat and is holding the <br />greens at .130 which requires less water. <br /> Coal Creek is beginning the research process of acquiring a new PA <br />system. <br /> A main water line ruptured at 2:45AM today. <br />Item IX – Board discussion - <br /> <br />·· <br />Parks and Recreation Department 749 Main Street Louisville, CO 80027 <br />· <br />(303) 335-4735 FAX (303) 335-4738 <br />www.louisvilleco.gov <br />Parks Recreation Senior Services O <br />Golf <br />
