Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 21, 2012 <br />Page 10 of 10 <br /> <br />Poppitz stated there is a great preservation conference in Crested Butte that all should <br />attend if they can. <br />Koertje inquired can staff make some awards to the landmarks who have been <br />approved and then presented to City Council at their meeting. <br />Robinson agreed. <br />Fasick stated the landmark approval last month, with the off centered clipped gable <br />seemed unique. She has gone through Old town and there are several examples of this <br />type of architecture. <br />Discussion Items for next meeting <br />Stewart stated we have already discussed some items to bring back earlier in this <br />meeting. <br />Koertje inquired whether the by laws could be brought back. <br />Jean Morgan inquired whether the endangered places could be discussion item for next <br />meeting. <br />Stewart stated it was a good idea. <br />Morgan added she would also like to discuss the potential to work with the Parks <br />Department on where we need to be to discuss where a historic park could be located. <br />Stewart asked for a motion to adjourn. <br />Fasick made a motion. <br />Poppitz seconded. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:05 <br /> <br />
