After hearing no volunteers he offered his <br />services. <br />Discussion – Goals for 2012 – Annual Report <br />Stewart commended staff on a good job recapping 2011. <br />Fasick mentioned to change the date from February 2010 to February 2011. <br />Lewis stated there were some fragmented sentences in the 2012 goals. <br />th <br />Koertje stated the City Council study session is on March 13. He added the HPC <br />should establish someone to work with staff on the presentation and to appear at the <br />study session. He volunteered to help. <br />Lewis agreed to help as well. <br />Discussion – Building Assessments for landmarked structures <br />McCartney stated the City Attorney recommended a list of prequalified contractors be <br />created. A prequalified list of contractors would allow the applicant to select their own <br />Update – Reconnaissance Survey - Grant <br />contractor. <br />McCartney stated the City was awarded a CLG grant for the reconnaissance survey, but <br />it will be a while before the money is received. He added once the money is received <br />then staff will submit an RFP for qualified contractors. <br />Committee Reports – none <br />Items from Staff – none <br /> <br />Update on Demolition Request – none <br />Department Referrals – none <br /> <br />
