The introductory sentence only of Section <br />15.04.095 of the Louisville Municipal Code is amended to read as <br />follows (numbers to be deleted are stricken through; numbers to be <br />added are underlined: <br /> <br />15.04.095 Thermal design parameters. <br /> <br />The appendix to Chapter ~ ~ of the Uniform <br />Building Code which adopts the Model Energy Code by <br />reference as a secondary code therein is hereby amended <br />by the addition of the following design parameters as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 11. Section 15.04.120 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows: <br /> <br />15.04.120 Violations and penalties. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or <br />corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, <br />move, lmprove, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, <br />occupy or maintain any building or structure or cause or <br />permit the same to be done, in violation of the <br />provisions of this chapter or the terms of the code or <br />standards adopted and incorporated herein. Any person <br />convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter <br />or of the provisions of the code or standards adopted and <br />incorporated herein shall be subject to the penalty <br />provided in Section 1.28.010. <br /> <br />Section 12. Section 15.08.010 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />15.08.010 Adoption. <br /> <br />The Uniform Mechanical Code, 1994 Edition, published <br />by the International Conference of Building Officials, <br />5360 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California, is hereby <br />adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and <br />made a part of the Louisville Municipal Code.
