<br />iii. Within five years of the Effective Date, BCHA shall increase the number of <br />Louisville Affordable Units by proving fifteen (15) additional units. BCHA <br />may fulfill this requirement through new development, acquisitions, or <br />redevelopment of existing properties. <br /> <br />iv. The units that will comprise the Louisville Affordable Units shall be <br />designated by BCHA in its sole discretion. Nothing in this Agreement shall <br /> develop or own units in Louisville <br />outside of those that comprise the Louisville Affordable Units. <br /> <br />b. The parties recognize and agree that in order to maximize the provision for and <br />quality of affordable housing in Louisville, transactions involvthe Louisville <br />Affordable Units and the purchase or development of replacement units may be necessary. <br />Accordingly, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, BCHA shall have a six <br />month grace period, meaning that BCHA shall not be in violation 1 unless and until <br />BCHA has failed to provide the required number of Louisville Affcontinuous <br />period of six months. <br /> <br />2 Housing and Human Services Advisory Board. At all times during the Commitment <br />Term, the County hereby grants Louisville the right to be exercised by the City Council to appoint <br />one member and an alternate to the Boulder County Housing and Human Services Advisory Board. <br />Louisville shall make such appointments by written notice, as provided in Section 18 of this <br />the County. <br /> <br />3. Boundaries of the Boulder County Housing Authority. Louisville hereby agrees that <br />during the Commitment Term, the City of Louisville shall be within the boundaries of the Boulder <br />County Housing Authority pursuant to C.R.S. § 29-4-508. BCHA hereby agrees that during the <br />Commitment Term, BCHA shall continue to provide the same or better level of service for the City <br />through its management of LHA. <br /> <br />4. Reporting Obligations. BCHA shall provide annual reports to the City of Louisville <br />during the Commitment Term. Such annual report shall b <br />public meeting, and shall detail the condition and current operating analysis of the Louisville <br />Affordable Units, current development and acquisition plans in Louisville, and a <br />policies, plans or standards involving eligibility for admission to Louisville Affordable <br /> <br />5. Public Meetings in LHA Properties. The LHA Properties shall continue to be <br />available during the Commitment Term for public meetings for applicable public purposes even <br />after such properties are transferred to BCHA as provided in this Agreement. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br />
