<br />-Since it is below the $15,000 threshold, Council members could do a consent prior to the <br />next meeting <br /> <br />A motion to approve spending $10,000 from the City of Louisville Funds, once they are <br />approved from the City, to repair the air conditioning at Lydia Morgan. <br /> <br /> <br />Colleen made the motion, Kelly seconded, motion approved. <br /> <br />Status of Lydia Morgan LIHTC partnership expiration <br /> <br />Prior to the meeting, Ben Doyle had Terri sign the paperwork that our tax credit partnership on the Lydia <br />Morgan property has expired. The property was transferred over to LHA and LHC, because we bought <br />out the tax partnership. LHC signed off on the property going to the LHA and LHC is now dissolved. It <br />is truly an LHA property. Approved recommendations would go before the City Council <br />and the County Commissioners. <br /> <br />Jeremy asked if this body could actually create a resolution for Terri to sign. <br /> <br />We may need to move forward with the remediation of environmental issues and possibly tenant safety <br />issues with the Sunnyside Property. The board agreed an email vote could be done. <br /> <br />Terri moved that we adjourn the public meeting and move into the Executive Session. <br /> <br />th <br />A motion to approve Executive Session at 8:40 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26, with Amber Hunter, <br />attorney with Louisville Housing Authority, for legal advice pursuant to CRS24-6-4-2-4B to discuss <br />issues related to negotiations of an intergovernmental agreement with the Boulder County Housing <br />Authority. <br /> <br />Kelly made the motion, Colleen seconded the motion.
