He thought there was rationale for the increase including
the administrative fee. He asked Council to vote in favor.
Mayor Muckle called for further public comment and hearing none, asked for Council
comment.
COUNCIL COMMENT
Council member Keany inquired why these fees were not a part of resolution passed to
allow fees to be set by the City Manager. Roll call vote was taken. The motion carried by a vote of 6-0. Absent:
Mayor Pro Tem Dalton.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Bill Virene stated he is glad to live in Louisville. He expressed concern about
government spending and felt the money for the underpass at McCaslin/Davidson Mesa
could be spent more judiciously.
CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT
City Attorney Light had no report but stated he would not be at the next regular Council
meeting and would provide counsel to be in attendance.
COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF
FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Council member Jasiak reported on attending the Open Space Advisory Board meeting
which was a joint meeting with Lafayette's board.
