.,.._.~ c -; #0158-1 _.2 02/28/96 03: 14 PM REAL ._,;T ATL .~ECORDS J -- ( F2109 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER ORDINANCE NO. 1203 SERIES 1995 AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF THE STREET KNOWN AS "CHERRY STREET" AS DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF "THE IN KEEPER SUBDIVISION PLA T" TO "LOCK STREET" I / WHEREAS, the existing street is within the territorial boundaries of the City of Louisville known as "Cherry Street"; and WHEREAS, Cherry Street is shown on the In Keeper Subdivision Plat which was approved by City Council; and WHEREAS, the plat of said subdivision is recorded in the office of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary and desirable to rename a portion of "Cherry Street" as it exists east of County Road to eliminate needless confusion as to the location of addresses thereon, and to provide for the health and safety of the community. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: SectioaL The public street named "Cherry Street" as designated on the plat of "The In Keeper Subdivision" and located within the territorial boundaries of the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, is hereby renamed as follows: (a) The portion of "Cherry Street" running in a generally westerly direction from its intersection with "East Street" and terminating at its intersection with "County Road" shall hereafter be known as "Lock Street". Se.ctioILL. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or conflicting with this ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
