<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1192 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS AND <br />PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, substantial delay in the development of a residential <br />planned unit development can have an adverse effect on the <br />neighborhood and community as a result of changing conditions, <br />changes in the City's master plan, changing community needs and <br />desires, and for other reasons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best interest of <br />the City to place a reasonable time limit on the development of a <br />residential planned unit development, and to require development of <br />certain dwellings through the planned unit development process. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Subsection C of Section 17.28.020 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows <br />(words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />17.28.020 Scope. <br /> <br />C. UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY THE PROVISIONS OF <br />THIS CHAPTER, a planned unit development will not be <br />allowed in residential zones for properties of less than <br />one acre. <br /> <br />Section 2. The introductory paragraph of section 17.28.040 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as <br />follows (words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />17.28.040 PUD-R planned residential districts. <br /> <br />Under this title, any residential property developed <br />which is forty acres or more OR, REGARDLESS OF ACREAGE, <br />WHICH WILL BE DEVELOPED FOR MULTIFAMILY DWELLINGS OR WILL <br />CONTAIN MORE THAN SIX DWELLING UNITS, must be developed <br />as a PUD-R planned residential district. with the PUD-R <br />district, the following uses and densities will be <br />permitted subject to the approval of the city council: <br /> <br />1 <br />
