<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1190 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REENACTING SECTION 17.16.180 <br />AND CHAPTER 17.60 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />CONCERNING TEMPORARY USES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is authorized by state law to enact zon~ng <br />regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary <br />and desirable to amend the provisions of the City zoning code to <br />provide greater clarity in the regulation of temporary uses and <br />greater efficiency in the issuance of temporary use permits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance has been submitted to the Planning <br />Commission for study and recommendation and all hearings thereon <br />have been conducted as required by law. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 17.16.180 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />17.16.180 Temporary uses. <br /> <br />A. The following uses of land are permitted in the <br />designated zoning districts subject to the <br />applicable regulations of the district in which the <br />use is located, and subject to the following <br />regulations: <br /> <br />1. Seasonal Sales Facility. <br /> <br />a. Definition. A facility for the sale of <br />agricultural products that are seasonal <br />in nature, including produce, nursery <br />stock, and Christmas trees and related <br />seasonal decorations. <br /> <br />b. Districts permitted. Non-residential <br />zone districts by temporary use permit, <br />except that any outside sales shall be <br />allowed in developed commercial centers <br />only. The use must be compatible with <br />the zone district in which it is located. <br /> <br />1 <br />
