<br />Staff will coordinate a meeting that includes the Louisville City <br />Council, Planning Commission and LRC Members. <br />e. Initial Information on Financial Briefing for December Meeting <br />- Dee Wisor, Bond Counsel and Jim Manire, Financial Advisor <br />will be attending the December meeting to discuss financing <br />opportunities for public improvements within the Revitalization <br />Area. A CML publication on Urban Renewal was also <br />distributed. Additionally, copies of Intergovernmental <br />Agreements and development agreements prepared by Dee <br />Wisor were made available for review. <br />f. Next Meeting Items - 1) Financial Briefing 2) Update from <br />Leland Consulting on Conditions Survey 3) Planning Department <br />Update on Rezoning/Design Guidelines & Environmental <br />Assessments 4) Legislative Update 5) Next Meeting Items <br /> <br />VII. Commissioners' Comments <br />Mayor Sisk commented that at the January meeting he would like to discuss <br />hiring a lobbying firm to seek federal funds for public improvement projects <br />within the Highway 42 Revitalization Area. The Dutko group, currently <br />providing lobbying services for the US 36 Mayors/Commissioners Coalition, <br />will give a brief presentation regarding their services at the January meeting. <br /> <br />VIII. Adjourn <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:35 AM. <br />
