<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1185 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE CITY'S SEWER USE REGULATIONS BY <br />AMENDING THE SPECIFIC POLLUTANT LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN <br />SECTION 13.32.120, AND BY ADDING A NEW DEFINITION TO <br />SECTION 13.32.125, OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS , it is necessary to amend the City's sewer use <br />regulations in order to incorporate changes in the specific <br />pollutant limitation for compliance with applicable law and the <br />City's wastewater treatment plant discharge permit, and to provide <br />for the definition of a factor which is used in the formula to <br />calculate the excessive pollutant surcharge. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Section 1.
