An open house is scheduled for early Fall to review <br />the ordinance~ along with a summary of test cases on the <br />effectiveness of the proposed regulations. <br />3. Recap of Expenses for Conditions Survey - The Commission reviewed <br />the attached materials summarizing the budget and actual costs for the <br />Conditions Survey. <br />4. Next Meeting Items .- 1) Update on the Urban Renewal Plan, Leland <br />Consulting Group 2) Planning Department Update on Highway 42 <br />Revitalization Area Activities 3) Next Meeting Items 4) Next Meeting <br />Date <br />5. Next Meeting Date -. There will be no meeting in August with the next <br />regularly scheduled meeting to be held on September 8, 2005. <br /> <br />Commissioners' Comments The Commissioners provided this opportunity to <br />the public for comment. Michael Deborski raised issues regarding his business <br />operation as it relates to the Highway 42 Framework Plan and future <br />redevelopment plans. <br /> <br />Adjourn - The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 AM. <br />
