Bruce Joss, Municipal Judge <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />Belinda Dogan-Pishner, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />The meeting was then recessed at 7:10 p.m. for a public reception to welcome <br />the new Council members. The meeting resumed at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />ELECTION OF MAYOR PRO TEM <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk called for nominations for the office of Mayor Pro T em. <br /> <br />Council member Sackett nominated Council member Bob Muckle. Council <br />member Marsella nominated Council member Don Brown. Hearing no other <br />nominations, Mayor Sisk closed the nominations and requested the City Clerk <br />distribute paper ballots to Council for voting. Ballots were cast by Council; <br />Council member Muckle received three votes and Council member Brown <br />received four votes.
