<br />Resolution No. 76, Series 1995 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville adopted Resolution No. 65, Series <br />1995 on November 21, 1995 accepting the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing <br />Agency (CIRSA) Bylaws and Intergovernmental Agreement for the provision of Workers' <br />Compensation insurance coverage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal from CIRSA to provide said Workers' Compensation coverage <br />for the calendar year 1996 was $140,390; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 1, 1995 the City received a proposal from the Colorado <br />Compensation Insurance Authority to provide Workers' Compensation insurance coverage <br />for 1996 in the amount of $94,066; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, participation in and coverage through CIRSA was to take effect on the 1 st day <br />of January, 1996 at one minute after midnight; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no consideration has changed hands between the City and CIRSA; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to accept the lower premium; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCil OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVillE: <br /> <br />1. Resolution No. 65, Series 1995 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />2.
