<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1995 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND
<br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS, ENTERPRISE, AND INTERNAL SERVICE
<br />FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the Capital Projects,
<br />Enterprise, and Internal Service Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted, and;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of the adoption of
<br />the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in the Capital Projects,
<br />Enterprise, and Internal Service Funds, and;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE,
<br />COLORADO;
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the 1995 Capital Projects Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $1,782,160 to
<br />$1,789,160 and the 1995 Capital Projects Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $1,782,160
<br />to $1,789,160 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

<br />Section 2. That the 1995 Enterprise Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $9,572,205 to
<br />$11,206,205 and the 1995 Enterprise Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $9,572,205 to
<br />$11,206,205 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

<br />Section 3. That the 1995 Internal Service Fund Revenues are hereby increased from $453,780 to
<br />$653,780 and the 1995 Internal Service Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $453,780
<br />to $653,780 as provided in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />Section 4. As used in this Resolution, the term "Enterprise Funds" has that meaning which is
<br />consistent with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and mayor may not identify
<br />"enterprises" within the meaning of the Colorado Constitution, Article X, Section 20, depending upon
<br />the particular fund.
