<br />Louisville Revitalization Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 14,2004 <br />7:30 AM <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Mayor Chuck Sisk, Clair Beckmann, Rob Lathrop, Michael Reis <br /> <br />Bob Tofte excused absence <br /> <br />City Representatives: <br />William Simmons, Heather Balser, Kenneth Johnstone, Sam Light, <br /> <br />I. Roll Call <br /> <br />II. Approval of Agendla <br /> <br />III. Consent Agenda <br />Approved September 9,2004 Minutes <br /> <br />IV. Public Comments <br />Andy Rice introduced himself. He lives on the comer of Caledonia and Front <br />Street and is concerned with the extension of Caledonia on the west side. <br />Michael Deborski was also present as a member of the public. <br /> <br />Reports of Commission <br />Mayor Sisk reported to the Commission that he had attended a Metro Mayors <br />Caucus rally in support of FasTracks. <br /> <br />V. Business Matters of Commission <br />a. City Response to Deborski Family Letter - Copies of a letter <br />from the City Manager to the Deborskis regarding an ethics <br />inquiry was distributed to Commission members. <br />b. Conditions Survey Schedule - The Conditions Survey is to begin <br />in December with presentation of final results to City Council on <br />March i5, 2005. Interviews for potential consultants for the <br />Conditions Survey will be held on November 8 at City Hall. <br />Three consultants will be interviewed with assistance from a few <br />LRC members and staff. A preferred firm will be selected and <br />presented to the LRC for final approval at the November <br />meeting. <br />c. Cooperation Agreement between the City and LRC - A few <br />changes to the draft were suggested by Commissioners including <br />the following: 1) no repayment provision unless mutually agreed <br />
