RESOLUTION NO. 70 SERIES 1995 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR SOUNDS TRUE, INC. WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Sounds True, Inc., a Final PUD Development Plan for the Colorado Tech Center; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Sounds True, Inc. should be approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. A geotechnical report, with an appropriate Colorado PE stamp, of subsu~face investigation of subsidence potential on this site and recommendations for appropriate mitigation measures shall be submitted prior to issuance of building permit,' 2. The site and building lighting shall be noted on the Final PUD Development Plan,' 3. Applicant shall specify a range of colors for the building on the final plan; 4. The following note should be added to the PUD: "Developments in the CTC are on a sole source supply line for water. Those locating in the park are subject to interruptions of service in case of emergencies or unavoidable maintenance activities that affect the sole source feed to the CTC",' 5. Thefollowing note should be added to the PUD: "Developments in the CTC are on a sole source feed for water which may, in the near future, be inadequate to meet demand during times qfpeak usage within the CTC",' 6. Thefollowing note should be added to the PUD: "Sidewalk improvements shall be installed at the expense q{the developer pursuant to a master sidewalk plan for the CTe, approved by the City ",'
