<br /> Jeff Van Sambeek reviewed his plans for the ADA Improvements to the <br />clubhouse with the board. His preliminary estimates for these <br />improvements are: Bar - $14,000, Sales Counter - $11,000, Bathrooms - <br />$22,000, ADA lift (stick frame not glass) - $50,000, Enclosure - $36,000 <br />with an estimate of $10,000 for deferred maintenance costs. <br /> Joe reported that the tree removal is under budget and the remaining <br />monies could be allocated to start the clubhouse ADA issues. <br /> Perry asked about the timing of the ADA work, which resulted in a <br />discussion and a vote to move forward with the compliances. Sandy <br />Stewart moved. Ken Gambon seconded. “The reality is we are going to <br />be using this clubhouse for many years”. <br />Item VII – Staff Update – 2012 Improvement Plan action items status- <br />a.Tree planting plans and schedule – Chris Lichty will attend our next <br />meeting to review the tree planting and schedule. <br />b.Phase 2 tree removal plans and schedule – Phase II was awarded <br />to Davey Tree Co. <br />c.Supplemental pump status/plans and schedule - Joe reported that <br />the booster pump will be replaced and Brian Keighin will create the <br />specifications for the new pump.Joe should have the estimates for the <br />new pump at next month’s meeting for review. <br />d.CIP status and schedule – The CIP has been presented to City <br />Council and will hopefully be adopted this fall. <br />Item VIII – WGP update- <br /> No update given. <br />Item IX – Update on benches on the golf course and Divots & Dining- <br />th <br /> Lisa reported the August 24 Divots & Dining was a success with 40 <br />people in attendance to help with the golf course maintenance. Our next <br />th <br />evening is scheduled for October 5. <br /> Lisa presented the two types of benches for the golf course. The board <br />agreed on the metal bench with no back.
