The resident voiced her <br />displeasure over the mailing for the home role forum scheduled for March 15, 2001. Sisk <br />explained that it was her opinion that Council had already made their decision on the <br />home role issue. He stated that he assured her that the process of home role is open for <br />discussion. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16, SERIES 2001 - A RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING A <br />SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF <br />COLORADO TO UPGRADE A EXISTING, ABOVE GROUND, 115 KILOVOLT <br />(kV) TRANSMISSION LINE (continued from 9/19/00) <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Planning Director Paul Wood stated that he had received 18 emails relative to the Public <br />Service Upgrade between the 4th and the 6th of March.
