Lipton moved the consent agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. All in favor. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. Show Cause Hearing — Tri City Elks Lodge No. 2541, Inc d/b/a Tri City Elks Lodge 2541 — Club Liquor License — 525 Main St. Chairperson Wilson opened the show cause hearing and commented there was a stipulation and agreement to be presented. Mary Lynn Benham, Special Prosecutor introduced herself and Steve Williamson, Attorney for the licensee. She reported a stipulation and agreement had been reached and requested Authority approval. If approval was not granted, she asked for a continuation of the show cause hearing. Ms. Benham outlined the stipulation. It stipulated a guilty plea to the violations concerning serving to a visibly intoxicated person and conduct of the establishment, serving a 3 day suspension with 2 days held in abeyance for 12 months, with the active day of suspension being served on September 12, 2012. The stipulation called for employees to complete training and provide proof. There was a requirement paperwork be filed for the change of manager. Ms. Benham noted the paperwork was filed and approved on this meeting's consent agenda.
