<br />RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT AND <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />CENTURYOFRCEPARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, by the McCaslin <br />Limited Liability Company a Final Subdivision Replat and Final PUD Development Plan for <br />Century Office Park; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Replat and the Final PUD <br />Development Plan have been reviewed in conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Replat and Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to <br />the City Council with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. A specific final PUD development plan shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />Planning Commission and City Council prior to any building permits for Lot 9A. <br />No drive-up restaurants within the Park; <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall modtry the PUD to reflect 18' maximum overall height for light <br />poles; <br /> <br />3. Revise PUD site plan to reflect a right-in/right-out intersection design where Outlot <br />B intersects with McCaslin Blvd; <br /> <br />4. Any building on Lot 9A shall be subject to the building colors, materials, roof, <br />elevations and other architectural details set fOl1h on the Character Elevation Sheet <br />of the Final PUD Development Plan for other lots and buildings in the Century <br />Office Park PUD; <br /> <br />5. All building signagefor Century Office Park shall be uniform in design and color. <br />Total wall signage for Century Office Park (including Lots 1 and 2) shall not <br />exceed 800 square feet. Monument signage shall conform to the Final PUD Plan <br />and not exceed a total combined area qf 162 square feet; <br /> <br />6. No signage for Lot 10A was approved by Resolution 62, Series 1995. The <br />applicant shall submit a separate sign plan to City Council for review and approval <br />prior to the issuance of any sign permits for Lots 10A. <br />
