nom Cityof <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 19, 2012 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Mayor Robert Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton. <br />City Council members: Frost Yarnell, Ron Sackett, <br />Susan Loo and Jay Keany (arrives after roll call). <br />Absent: Council member Jasiak <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Troy Russ, Planning Director <br />Scott Robinson, Planner I <br />Aaron DeJong, Economic Development Director <br />Carol Hanson, Deputy City Clerk <br />Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br />the agenda, seconded by Councilor Loo. All were in favor. Absent: Council member <br />Jasiak. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Jean Morgan, 1131 Spruce Street, Louisville, CO asked Council to consider a pioneer <br />park during the budget retreat.
