<br />RESOLUTION NO. 58 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUILDING VALUATION DATA FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF COMPUTING BUILDING PERMIT AND PLAN REVIEW <br />FEES FOR SINGLE-FAMILY AND MULTIFAMILY DWELLINGS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 1201, Series 1995, provides that the value to be used in <br />computing building permit and building plan review fees for single-family and multifamily <br />dwellings shall be the total value of all construction work for which the permit is issued, as well <br />as other specified types of work, as determined by the most recent edition of the "Building <br />Valuation Data," Building St:mdMd~ Magazine, approved from time to time by resolution of the <br />Louisville City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to implement Ordinance 1201 and approve such <br />edition of the BuiJdine St:mdard~ Maeazine. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the authority described in Ordinance 1201, Series 1995, and other <br />lawful authority of the Louisville City Council, and for the purpose of making the computations <br />described in Section 15.04.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code, as amended, the Louisville City <br />Council hereby approves use within the City of Louisville of the "Building Valuation Data" <br />appearing in the July-August 1995 edition of Buildine Standard~, the International Magazine for <br />Building Officials, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, 5360 <br />Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California. <br /> <br />2. The class of construction to be used in such computations, as it appears in said <br />"Building Valuation Data," shall be "Good" construction. <br /> <br />3. The Regional Modifier for Colorado, appearing in said "Building Valuation Data," <br />shall be used in such computations. <br /> <br />1 <br />
