The foregoing activites <br />can be conducted from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. seven days a week. C.R.S. § 12 -47- <br />415(2). <br />o A brew pub can also sell alcohol beverages (other than those manufactured at the <br />brew pub) purchased from a licensed wholesaler. C.R.S. § 12- 47- 415(3)(a). <br />o Brew pubs must sell food as part of their on- premises business operation. Food sales <br />must constitute 15% of the gross on- premises food and drink income of the brew <br />pub. "Food" is defined as "a quantity of foodstuffs of such nature as is ordinarily <br />consumed by an individual at regular intervals for the purpose of sustenance." C.R.S. <br />§ 12 -47- 415(4). <br />o An owner, part owner, shareholder, or person interested directly or indirectly in a <br />licensed brew pub cannot conduct, own, either whole or in part, or be indirectly <br />interested in any business with a manufacturer's, limited winery, importer's, <br />wholesaler's or retail liquor license. C.R.S. § 12- 47- 415(4) <br />➢ Alternating Proprietor Licensed Premises (applicable to licensed manufacturers, <br />limited wineries, and brew pubs) <br />o An alternating proprietor licensed premises is a distinct and definite area that is <br />owned by or in possession of a licensed manufacturer, limited winery, or brew pub <br />within which vinous liquors, malt liquors, or fermented malt beverages are <br />manufactured and stored. C,R.S. § 12- 47- 103(2.5). <br />o Retail sales of alcohol beverages cannot occur on the alternating proprietor licensed <br />premises, but wholesale sales are allowed. C.R.S. § 12- 4- 103(2.5). <br />o Alternating proprietor licensed premises can be shared by licensed manufacturers, . <br />limited wineries, and brew pubs. An application for an alternating proprietor <br />licensed premises must be submitted to the State Licensing Authority. Liquor <br />Regulation 47 -432. <br />Club Licenses <br />o A club license may be issued to persons selling alcohol beverages by the drink only <br />to members of the club and guests and only for consumption on the premises of the <br />club. C.R.S. § 12 -47- 416(1). <br />o Licensed clubs must purchase alcohol beverages from licensed wholesalers except <br />that minimal amounts can be purchased from retail liquor stores each calendar year. <br />8 <br />
